In todays crazy housing market, offers with any conditions attached are being put at the bottom of the pile as sellers receive multiple offers from buyers without conditions.

Buyers are able to get pre-approved for financing prior to starting the house hunt, but what about a home inspection? After all, most of us, when looking around a home, will only see surface issues. What about those issues lurking deeper? The ones the home inspector found and we were able to either negotiate a reduction in the purchase price or simply walk away (figuratively) due to the condition being unsatisfactory to the buyer.

Did you know you are able to get a home inspection completed, BEFORE you submit that offer on your dream home? Click here to check out my quick video to find out how.
